Modern Maternity is a simpler alternative to my signature Luxury Maternity experience, with the same professional photography and carefully finished images, but without the gowns, elaborate styling and glamour-inspired setups.

Modern Maternity sessions focus on your pregnancy, your shape and genuine connection. Styling is kept clean and minimal, creating photographs that feel contemporary, relaxed and effortlessly beautiful.
You bring your own outfits and together we create a collection of simple, elegant maternity portraits in my Wolverhampton studio.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
Modern Maternity is a brand-new collection available for new bookings made from 20 September 2026 onwards.
Please note that maternity sessions booked before this date remain under the original collection selected at the time of booking and cannot be changed or transferred to a Modern Maternity Collection.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A £100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your Modern Maternity session date.
For the Essential Collection (£100), the booking fee covers the full cost of the collection, therefore the full £100 is payable at the time of booking.
For the Story Collection (£180), a £100 booking fee is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance of £80 payable before your session.
Your session date is not secured until the booking fee has been received.

Additional information
SESSION TIMES & WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
Standard Modern Maternity sessions take place on weekdays and usually start at 10:00am.
If you require a different time, please contact me before booking to check availability.
Afternoon and weekend appointments may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
Weekend and alternative-time appointments are subject to availability and are not included in the standard collection price.
OUTFITS & STYLING
Modern Maternity is designed around a simple, contemporary style. Clients provide their own clothing for the session.
Jeans, simple shirts, bodysuits, underwear, oversized shirts and neutral, minimal outfits photograph beautifully for this style of maternity session.
The studio maternity wardrobe, including gowns, tulle, lace and glamour styling, is not included in Modern Maternity Collections.

PARTNERS & CHILDREN
The Essential Collection is exclusively for the mum-to-be. Partner and children photographs are not included and cannot be added to this collection.
The Story Collection includes photographs with your partner and older children, if applicable.
£50 THANK YOU DISCOUNT & IMAGE SHARING
The advertised Modern Maternity Collection prices include a £50 Thank You Discount for clients who give Kidi Photography permission to use selected images from their session for promotional purposes, including the Kidi Photography website, social media and portfolio.
The advertised prices of £100 for the Essential Collection and £180 for the Story Collection already include this £50 discount.
If you prefer to keep your images private and do not give permission for publication, the £50 Thank You Discount will not apply and the full collection price will be payable:
Essential Collection – £150 without publication consent
Story Collection – £230 without publication consent
Choosing not to give permission for your images to be published is completely optional and will not affect the photography experience or the quality of your final images. It simply means that the £50 Thank You Discount cannot be applied to your booking.
Permission to publish images must be confirmed as part of the booking process.
IMAGE SELECTION & NUMBER OF IMAGES
After your session, you will receive a private online gallery from which you can select the number of images included in your chosen collection.
The Essential Collection includes 3 professionally edited digital images and the Story Collection includes 8 professionally edited digital images.
Additional images may be purchased separately if you would like more photographs from your gallery.
For the Essential Collection, approximately 5–6 photographs will be taken during the session. After your session, you will receive a private online gallery where you can select your 3 favourite images, which are included in your collection.
For the Story Collection, your collection includes all photographs taken during the session.
Please note that I do not overshoot during my sessions. Each photograph is taken intentionally and with the final gallery in mind, therefore I do not take multiple unnecessary versions of the same image simply to increase the number of photographs.
The Story Collection includes the complete selection of photographs created during your session. The exact number of final images may vary depending on the session, and no specific minimum number of photographs is guaranteed beyond the images successfully created during the session.
All selected/final images are individually and professionally edited in my signature style. Unedited or RAW files are not provided.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE
Studio maternity sessions are suitable for a maximum of 5 people in total, including the mum-to-be.
Please note that the Essential Collection is for the mum-to-be only.
The Story Collection includes the mum-to-be, her partner and older children, if applicable, up to a maximum of 5 people in total.
If your family group is larger than 5 people, please contact me before booking to discuss whether I can accommodate your requirements.
SESSION STYLE
Modern Maternity sessions are created specifically for clients who love a clean, simple and contemporary maternity style.
Please note that Modern Maternity does not include the elaborate setups, maternity gowns or glamour styling available with my Luxury Maternity experience.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Your booking fee secures a specific date and time exclusively for you and is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me as soon as possible. Any rescheduling is subject to availability and the terms and conditions agreed at the time of booking. A minimum of 5 days’ notice is required for any rescheduling request. Rescheduling requests made with less than 5 days’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee and a new booking fee may be required to secure another date.
COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USE
All photographs remain the copyright of Kidi Photography.
Purchased digital images are provided for your personal use and may be printed and shared with family and friends.
Images may not be edited, altered, filtered or used commercially without prior written permission.
